This seller sent me a controller that looked new at first glance. After looking closer, it was obviously refurbished at best. Dirty joysticks with ware marks around them and dirt in the crevices. The price was good so I wasn’t too worried about it until I found that the joysticks were drifting uncontrollably. When I reached out to them, they immediately called me a liar and accused me of fraud. Declined to let me return it to them even after I sent pictures of everything. Awful customer service.

This buyer was sent a brand-new factory sealed controller. We get our inventory from a big Microsoft distributor. The buyer stated in a message sent to us that the Xbox packaging was factory sealed. Now why would Microsoft place a used controller into a new factory sealed package? The buyer sent photos of what we believe was their old used controller. We offered to let the buyer return the item with our free return policy. Yet they chose not to since we have security/tamper proof seals in place.
